Park Improvements

Coquitlam continues to upgrade and improve aging parks in the community to better serve the families in nearby neighbourhoods. Upcoming projects include:

Previous Park Improvements

Between 2017 and 2019, the Park Blitz program focused on 12 neighbourhood parks in the Burquitlam, Lougheed and Central Coquitlam neighbourhoods. Phase 1 of the blitz included Good Neighbour Park, Crestwood Park, Dawes Hill Park and Shiloh Park; Phase 2 included Poirier Park (Tot Lot), Cape Horn Park, Meadowbrook Park and Mariner Park; and Phase 3 included Oakdale Park, Guilby Park, Ranch Park and Lower Lougheed.
