[ARCHIVED] Refunds and Registration for City Programs

COQUITLAM, B.C., March 17, 2020 – Further to yesterday’s direction from the Government of Canada and BC’s Provincial Health Officer, the City of Coquitlam has closed most of its civic facilities to the public until further notice and cancelled all Spring Break camps and activities (until March 27).

Refund Process For Programs

Customers will receive an automatic refund for cancelled spring break programs and do not need to call in to recreation centres or the registration lines. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.

If you would like to withdraw from a program that is already in progress (started before spring break and continuing after), you will need to call the call centre at 604-927-4386 and speak directly with one of our customer service representatives for assistance. Customers wishing to withdraw from programs that start on or after March 28 should call the call centre next week for an update.

Upcoming Registration Dates

Spring swimming registration has been postponed until March 25 (online at 6 a.m.) and March 26 (by phone only). Updates to program information will be posted at www.coquitlam.ca/covid19 and www.coquitlam.ca/registration, as well as on the City’s social media channels.

Registration for summer programs remains unchanged at this time, but updates will be made public as the situation progresses.

ONE PASS Membership Extensions

All ONE PASS membership holders will receive an extension on their pass for the time City facilities are closed.
