[ARCHIVED] Food Vendors Sought for Popular Coquitlam Events

COQUITLAM, BC, Feb. 26, 2020 – Are you a local food vendor looking for summer event opportunities? Coquitlam is now accepting applications for food vendors wishing to provide services at the City’s most popular events and reach thousands of people.

Summer 2020 Opportunities

Coquitlam is the place to be this summer with five different outdoor events that collectively attract close to 100,000 people. The City is looking for food vendors that offer diverse food options and unique menus that will appeal to all event-goers. Submit your applications now to secure your spot.

All events are held at Coquitlam’s Town Centre Park, centrally located at 1299 Pinetree Way and easily accessible by SkyTrain.

Coquitlam Celebrates Canada Day (Wednesday, July 1, 12 – 10 p.m.)

Summer Concert Series (Fridays, July 10, Aug. 7 and Sept. 4, 7 – 9 p.m.)

Coquitlam’s Summer Concert Series is returning for its fourth year, with free concerts on three separate Friday evenings. These more intimate concerts provide music lovers a free concert under the evening sky at the TD Community Plaza. Food vendors have the potential of reaching close to 5,000 people over the course of the three concert series.

The Summer Concert opportunity requires food vendors to be self-sufficient (no external power or water support). Participation in one or more dates are available; preference will be given to those available on three dates.
