New Registration System in Effect
The City launched a new registration program this season and residents wanting to register for programs will require a new account. If you have previously registered for programs, booked a room or bought memberships with Coquitlam Parks, Recreation & Culture within the past two years, you will have received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org to verify your new account. If you are new to registering with the City, you will need to create an account. Details are at www.coquitlam.ca/registration.
If you have activated your online account since March 4 and wish to withdraw from a program that has not yet begun, you can do so yourself using your PerfectMind account and receive the full amount as a credit on your account to put toward future programs.
