“One of my biggest obstacles in reaching my fitness goals are finding the time amidst a busy work schedule and childcare responsibilities. Through the obstacle of busy life, I am most proud of the time I have invested in building and maintaining my strength and flexibility.
I am motivated by the fact that I am investing in my future, by investing in my health. I am thankful for June Sayer, my personal trainer with the City of Coquitlam, for making an impact on my fitness journey.
My advice for someone starting their own fitness journey is: Try to keep a consistent routine for as long as you can. It will become a habit. Be kind to yourself.”
