The City of Coquitlam is transitioning to a secure digital platform, bids&tenders, for the procurement of goods and services.
Bid opportunities posted prior to June 23, 2026 are available on the City’s website.
Bid opportunities posted on or after June 23, 2026 are available on the City's bids&tenders website.
Submissions for bids posted prior to the transition to bids&tenders are to be uploaded through QFile, the City’s file transfer service.
Submissions for bids posted on bidsandtenders are to be submitted as per the directions on the bidsandtenders website.
