The Coquitlam Crunch Challenge is a community event aimed at supporting the Coquitlam Community Diversity Fund and KidSport. It welcomes families and individuals of all ages to participate. All registration fees collected are directly allocated to these charities. 

The challenge offers four exciting event categories:

• Make it or Break it: Test your limits with a full loop of the Coquitlam Crunch Trail, covering approximately 4.4km of steep terrain.
• 8 km Run: Experience the thrill of a scenic run along the Crunch Trail, spanning 8 kilometers of breathtaking views.
• Stair Master Challenge: Conquer the stairs of the Coquitlam Crunch Trail in this ultimate test of endurance and strength.
• Recreational: Enjoy a leisurely stroll or jog along the trail at your own pace, taking in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

The challenge begins at the base of the Coquitlam Crunch at the Scott Creek Community Gardens, with the full loop (up and down) of the Crunch trail spanning approximately 4.4km. Whether a seasoned athlete or simply looking to enjoy nature and exercise with your loved ones, the Coquitlam Crunch Diversity Challenge caters to all. It's an inclusive event where people of all ages and abilities are encouraged to join in the fun. 

New this year, the Coquitlam Crunch Challenge introduces team categories in all events, adding an exciting element of camaraderie and teamwork to the experience.
