  • Less than 500 attendees, applications must be submitted at least 3 months prior to the event
  • More than 500 attendees, applications must be submitted at least 6 months prior to the event

Join the Community Festival Planners Network

The Community Festival Planners Network is an organization made up of festival and event organizers around the Tri-Cities. The group meets a few times per year to discuss challenges, successes and options for collaboration within our festival community.

Concerned about unsafe noise?

The City works with all community organizers who host an event in Coquitlam to ensure they are aware of safe amplified noise levels. If you are concerned an event has exceeded safe noise levels, report your concerns. We will follow up with the event organizers as soon as possible.
