What: Road Milling and Paving Eastbound Lanes on Austin Avenue
Where: Eastbound Austin Avenue from Schoolhouse Street to Mariner Way (Location Map)
When: Sunday, June 2 and will be ongoing until Saturday, June 15 (weather dependent). Due to high traffic volumes in the area and overall public safety, work will take place during night time hours, Sunday to Friday between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Work will be starting in the eastbound lanes from Schoolhouse Street, moving east to Mariner Way.
Traffic Impacts: During active construction, traffic flow will be impacted. Eastbound and westbound traffic will be limited to a single lane in each direction (with possible turn restrictions in place). Please plan an alternate route to avoid delays or plan extra time when using this route.
