City crews will be replacing the storm culverts on Harper Drive. Road closure will occur on Harper Drive between Dayton Street and Upper Harper Road. Construction work will start on July 21, 2021 and will be ongoing until end of July. Traffic will be detoured . Please use alternate route to avoid delays or plan extra time when using this route.
