2. Food Truck Opportunity

   Calling all food vendors! We are accepting applications for the Lights at Lafarge Kick -off event on Friday, November 22! 

   Lights at Lafarge is Metro Vancouver’s largest, free outdoor lights display! Get into the holiday spirit with family and friends. The kick-off event will include live entertainment, food vendors and dazzling light displays that encircle the 1.2 kilometre loop around Lafarge Lake.

   • Date: Friday November 22, 2024 
   • Location: Town Centre Park  
   • Event Hours: 5 – 9 p.m. 
6. Important Deadlines

   Food Vendor

   • Food Vendor Application Deadline: Friday, August 23 
   • Food Vendor Conditional Selection: Monday, August 26 
   • Food Vendor Agreement & Logistics Form Deadline: Monday, September 9 
   • Final Requirements and Fee Payment Deadline: Monday, September 30

   *Note final vendor acceptance will not be confirmed until all requirements and payment have been met 

   *Note submitting an application does not constitute approval
