Bettie Allard YMCA (555 Emerson Street)
Age 16 + (Coquitlam residents receive drop-in rates and special access times. Check out the Bettie Allard YMCA site to learn more)
Monday to Friday 5:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sundays and Statutory Holidays 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Northeast Coquitlam

Drop-in Group Fitness Schedules

Most group fitness classes are offered as drop-ins on a first-come, first-served basis. Group ride cycle classes require pre-registration.  View class descriptions here

Personal Training

Reach your fitness goals faster with the help of a personal trainer. Whether you are new to the gym or an experienced fitness lover, a personal trainer can teach you new exercises, keep you motivated and help you work out effectively and  efficiently. Visit the Personal Training web page to view available packages and to get started. 

Waiver Forms for Specialty Registered Programs

If you’re attending any of our prenatal classes, a PARmed-X for Pregnancy Form (PDF) will need to be completed prior to working out.

For other specialty classes, you will be notified at registration if you need to fill out a Par-Q Plus Form (PDF) - "The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone." Depending on your answers, you may also be required to visit your doctor before attending our fitness classes.

Youth Weight Room Orientations

Youth ages 13 – 15 can use weight room facilities upon completion of a youth weight room orientation.
