Personal Training Guidelines
Arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Arrive in your workout attire with a full water bottle – no access to change rooms, lockers or water fountains.
Follow all posted signage. Certain areas have directional travel or maximum capacities.
Equipment has all been spaced at least 6 feet apart to ensure a safe distance between participants.
Physical distancing measures are in place to protect the public and staff.
No spotting – your trainer will help you select weights that you can safely lift without a spotter.
Staff will wear masks whenever they cannot maintain a physical distance from each other or visitors.
