COQUITLAM, B.C., September 3, 2026 – Have community experience, a fresh perspective or ideas to share? The City is recruiting volunteers for four positions (two-year term) on the Coquitlam Public Library Board.
 
Library Board members play an important governance role, helping guide the strategic direction of library services and supporting spaces and programs where people learn, connect and belong.

Bring Your Voice to the Table

The City is looking for people who want to contribute their time, ideas and expertise. 

Skills or experience in areas such as governance, communications, finance, education, technology, law or community organizations would be an asset. People with diverse backgrounds, perspectives and experiences are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be Coquitlam residents or electors of the municipality, and be 18 years of age or older as of January 1, 2027.
