The City must designate all Transit-Oriented Areas by bylaw and amend the Zoning Bylaw to remove residential parking minimums from Transit-Oriented Areas on or before June 30, 2024. Updates to align the Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw will take additional time to complete.
