I accidently paid my utility bill to my old property’s account. Can you transfer it to my current property?

Yes we can. Please email PropertyTax@coquitlam.ca with the following information:

  • Your legal name
  • Your address
  • Amount paid
  • Incorrect utility account number (where you paid by accident)
  • Correct utility account number (where the money should be transferred to)
  • Proof of payment such as credit card statement or bank statement indicating the payment to incorrect account
