1. When will the refund be issued?

Refunds will be processed to your recreation registration account by September 2, 2024.

2. Can the $15 be refunded directly to my credit card?

No, refunds will be applied to your recreation registration account.

3. Can I get the refund paid out?

Yes, you can request to have it paid out after it has been applied to your account by emailing your request to prcs_info@coquitlam.ca, calling 604-927-4386 or visiting a City recreation facility.

4. Where can I see if the refund has been applied to my recreation registration account ?

Once you've logged in online:

1. Click on the name of the child/youth that has the 2024 Summer Child and Youth Pass
2. Scroll down to "Transaction" and from the drop-down list on the right side, select: "Transaction - Members"
3. Once the credit has been applied, you will see a line called "Customer Adjustment" and "-$15.00"
4. Refunds will be applied by September 2, 2024. 

5. What if I don't see the $15 balance returned?

If you do not see the credit on your account by September 2, 2024, please email prcs_info@coquitlam.ca or call 604-927-4386.
