Each event will begin approximately one hour before match kickoff so fans can arrive early, enjoy activities and find seating. The broadcasted match kickoff time is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. for each event, with pre-game broadcasted activities starting about 20 minutes prior to each match. Visitors are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for parking, security screening and finding seating before kickoff.
*Important Street Closure Information*
There will be street closures along King Albert Avenue from Blue Mountain Park up to Porter and Porter between King Albert Avenue and Winslow Avenue.
No. Admission is free and open to the public. Advanced registration is not required. Seating and space are first-come, first-served.
Percy Perry Stadium has a venue capacity of no more than 4,000 people. As the event is first come, first serve, guests may need to wait for entry if the venue reaches capacity.
As this event is in an outdoor park setting, on the grass, spectators are encouraged to bring their blankets, and their own folding chairs. Please note we will place those spectators who bring chairs at the back of the grass seating area to ensure those who have picnic blankets can see the match on the big screen.
The broadcast will continue until the match is complete, including extra time and penalty shootouts.
Events will proceed rain or shine, unless severe weather makes it unsafe.
In the event that the event is cancelled, due to FIFA World Cup 2026 public viewing licenses, the event will not be rescheduled and the missed broadcast match will not be shown.

Leashed dogs are allowed within Blue Mountain Park, however they must be leashed at all times.

The Park is located within Coquitlam’s Austin Heights area and is reached by transit, wheels or walking. There are multiple bus stops in the Austin Heights area, and are located a few short blocks from the park (ranging around 650 metres from the Park). Please use the BC Translink Trip Finder application, to plan your trip.
Yes, a free bike valet will be available on July 4 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. The bike valet is located along King Albert Avenue, close to the food truck zone.
Parking in the Blue Mountain Park area is limited and can be viewing on the parking map on the event website.
Accessible parking is located on King Albert Avenue close to Marmont Street and is first come, first serve.
Parking is free in the surrounding area of Blue Mountain Park.
Yes! Food services will be available with vendors providing a range of game-day favourites and will be located along King Albert Avenue.
Yes. Outside food and alcoholic beverages are permitted.
There will be no onsite alcohol service available at Blue Mountain Park.
Many food vendors are cashless, and accept debit/credit cards only. Please plan ahead.
Spectators can enjoy the live broadcast of the match on a large outdoor screen in a lively, family-friendly fan atmosphere.
Blue Mountain Park’s July 4 event will have a first come, first serve accessible matted area for those in mobility devices. In addition, there will be limited shade tents for those looking to get out of the weather elements, and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Yes, local contracted security is onsite during the event to ensure public and staff safety.
Yes, bags and backpacks are allowed in the venue.
