Yes, you can request to have it paid out after it has been applied to your account by emailing your request to prcs_info@coquitlam.ca, calling 604-927-4386 or visiting a City recreation facility.

Once you've logged in online:
- Click on the name of the child/youth that has the 2024 Summer Child and Youth Pass
- Scroll down to "Transaction" and from the drop-down list on the right side, select: "Transaction - Members"
- Once the credit has been applied, you will see a line called "Customer Adjustment" and "-$15.00"
- If there is more than one passholder on the account, a single credit will be issued for all passholders. When logging in, select the "Primary Contact" and follow steps 2 and 3 above.
