If you have lost your pet in Coquitlam, Port Moody or Port Coquitlam, you can either call to check if they have been brought to the Coquitlam Animal Shelter or fill out our lost pet form:
We can take a report of your pet for our Lost and Found Database and contact you if your pet shows up at the Shelter. You can also bring in a picture of your lost pet and post it on the Bulletin Board at the Animal Shelter. Posters should be no larger than 8.5 by 11 inches, standard letter size.
Reporting Strays
If you see a stray dog, please call the Coquitlam Animal Shelter at 604-927-7387 (604-927-PETS). After Shelter hours, call City Hall Customer Service at 604-927-3500. Also call the Shelter during reporting hours to report dead animals on the road.
