The City Centre Aquatic Complex is an aquatic and fitness facility with:

Please refrain from parking in the lot at City Centre Aquatic Complex,  which is intended for patrons of this facility only.

Hours of Operation

  • Mondays to Saturdays 5:30 a.m. – 10 :30 p.m.
  • Sundays 7 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Note: The front desk closes 15 minutes prior to the facility closing.

Women’s Only Time

On statutory holidays, from 8 to 10 a.m. City Centre Aquatic Complex is open to women and girls.

  • Women are welcome to bring male children up to the age of five years.
  • The lobby and facility opens to the general public at 10:30 a.m.

Drop-in Schedules

Adapted Aqua Movement (19+ years) 

This class is designed to meet the needs of those with physical disabilities and/or cognitive impairments in a low-ratio, sensory-friendly environment. Equipment available: hydraulic transfer lift, water wheelchair, float belt, pool noodle, ankle weights and dumbbells.

  • Date: Thursdays
  • Time: 10:15 – 11 a.m.
  • Location:  Shallow area of the leisure pool at Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex
  • Cost:  $2 pre-registered drop-in
  • Register: In the online registration system, open the Drop-in Aquafit dropdown to see available dates and times, or call 604-927-4386.  
    • Registration opens one week in advance of each class at 5 p.m. on Thursdays and closes at 12 p.m. on Tuesdays.
