When will I know if my application has been approved?

Applicants are notified approximately three months after the application deadline, once the approval process has been completed. 

  • The grant review committee will meet within one month of the application deadline to assess applications received by the deadline. 
  • Grant recommendations will be presented to Council within two months of the grant review committee meeting.
  • The Grant Coordinator will contact applicants within two weeks of receiving Council approval for grants.
