Help Lead the Future of Coquitlam's Libraries

The City is seeking volunteers from the public  with fresh perspectives and ideas to serve as citizen representatives on the Coquitlam Public Library Board:

  • Library Board (4 seats, 2-year term): Library Board members play a vital governance role, helping guide the strategic direction of library services.

The Coquitlam Public Library Board is established pursuant to the Library Act and is responsible for the provision of public library services in Coquitlam. The Board is responsible for the Library’s governance, strategic direction, policies, fiduciary oversight, and the hiring and performance management of the Executive Director.
